7 March: Grounded

Sheffield DocFest screening

Designed to get you back outdoors, Sheffield DocFest is hosting a day of documentary screenings, interactive workshops, guided garden walks and sound bath experiences.

Fed up of the long, cold winter?

Sheffield DocFest invite you to reconnect with nature right on your doorstep at Wentworth Woodhouse. Children's Capital of Culture trainees at Sheffield DocFest will be hosting a day designed to get you back outdoors, enjoying nature and interacting with the world beneath our feet.

Grounded aims to highlight the importance of nature in urban realms and the often overlooked green spaces that are easily accessible in our local towns and cities, and the positive effect they can have on our wellbeing.

What can you expect?

  • Documentary screenings
  • Interactive workshops
  • Guided garden walks
  • Sound bath experiences

Come together with people from all across the region to remember why it's important to look after the world around us.
