Artist opportunity

Children’s Capital of Culture are looking for a visual artist to create 4 signs that will be displayed at the Eastwood Funfest on the 7th of June 2025 at Eldon Road Playing Fields.

Become a Heritage Producer!

As part of our landmark festival year, we’re running an ambitious new creative project that will work with communities right across Rotherham – and we’re now looking for local young people to help deliver it, as our brand-new Heritage Producers!

Trainee Host Organisation call-out!

A key part of our landmark festival year is our Children’s Capital of Culture traineeship programme. This gives 16-to-25-year-olds who live, work or study in Rotherham the chance to work with some of our region’s most vibrant cultural organisations on innovative creative projects.

We are launching a brand new family learning grant, designed for small community organisations and groups to plan their own activities that respond to Children's Capital of Culture and its four key themes. This is a chance for groups to get creative and organise an activity or event for families and young people!
