Open call for partners

Open Call for Partners

We are looking to partner with five organisations that will form a creative skills study group. The members of this group will:

  • Attend monthly study group meetings from October 2025 – March 2026, which will take place both online and in-person
  • Each will lead at least one training session in their specialist area
  • Test and interrogate models of practice in their own settings
  • Compile research
  • Share learning with study group members and wider organisations
  • Work with CCoC to create a sharable tool kit, and support dissemination of this resource across local, regional and national networks
  • Attend a national conference taking place in Rotherham at the end of March 2026 to share learning and best practice

An ideal partner would be an organisation that:

  • already has specialist knowledge and learning to share related to outstanding and innovative practice around youth employment and skills development programmes
  • is invested in channelling this insight into a group research project that aims to test and disseminate best practice.

For example:

  • An organisation that also delivers skills building and employability programmes for young people on a large or small scale
  • An organisation that can bring specialist expertise in a specific area such as employing young people who are on benefits, have disabilities and/or have access needs, care experienced young people, or have expertise in reaching and supporting Global Majority or working class young people into creative and cultural careers.
