Being paid to be creative and develop my skills sounds great! But is this for me?
This experience gave me confidence to believe in my own creativity. I also got to try new things that I never thought I would be able to do, such as learning how to produce, create, stage, and perform in a play! Through kindness, honesty, trust, experimentation, and laughter, we built a community.

What kinds of skills and experience do I need to become a Young Artist in Residence?
We are looking for two passionate and enthusiastic young creatives aged 16-to-25.
These are exciting opportunities for early-career musicians, dancers, and others creatives who are excited about:working with young people, co-creating performance work, and developing their skills, experience and portfolios to support their future career and creative aspirations.
